The Azorus CRM platform is purpose-built with the ability to integrate with any number of external systems based on structured data exchange. For universities in the United Kingdom we have an out-of-the-box API connector that integrates seamlessly with Tribal Group's SITS student record system. Our integration capabilities also extend to other common SIS systems. In Sweden we also have a pre-built integration with NyA, the national admissions platform for higher education.

As a standard offering our platform allows clients to configure their own imports themselves, updating both standard and customer-defined data fields. We also offer custom integrations which allow for more elaborate communication with any system.

Automatically add leads directly from Unibuddy or update existing leads with Unibuddy information. Find out when students are chatting, what concerns them, and how engaged they are to build profiles and trigger next step communications. Take bookings for your online Unibuddy events and deliver students to them via Azorus, with full attendance marking.
Keystone Education Group
Automatically receive leads from over 450 lead generation websites managed by Keystone such as findamasters.com or academiccourses.com. Leads are automatically consumed by our CRM, triggering personalised email communication plans to engage these students and guide them towards the appropriate next step.
The Ambassador Platform (TAP)
Captures leads generated through peer-to-peer chats between prospective and current students. Provides valuable insights such as student ratings and ambassador performance ratings, along with the necessary data to incorporate these leads into the universities' segmented communication plans.
SpotMe
Take bookings for your online SpotMe experiences and events and let Azorus create SpotMe accounts via the SpotMe API. Collect the student's personalised URL for each event and automatically deliver students to the event when it goes live, marking attendance in the CRM system. Leverage Azorus' personalised, dynamic event reminders to boost participation.
Meet&Engage
If your institution uses Meet&Engage our integration package allows you to use powerful SSO links to bring students straight into the M&E sessions they want, or to see what other online events are planned. The integration allows you to import the chat conversations students have taken part in, including when they attended and what their level of engagement has been over time. These metrics become important to trigger further personalised invitations or next step instructions, depending on where the student is in the recruitment cycle.
Online Events
Azorus integrates with Zoom, Teams, GoToWebinar and other platforms to host online events seamlessly. Manage event registrations through Azorus with the system automatically sending reminders via scheduled emails. When the event starts, the system can distribute the event URL and track participants by marking those who click the link as attendees.

After the event Azorus can use this data to send follow-up emails to attendees and invite absentees to future events automatically.
