Recruiters Field Tool
The purpose of the Field Tool is to provide institutions with the ability to gather student information from remote locations that may not have Internet connectivity. For example, a university fair is held off campus and there is no Internet connection available. A recruiter can collect and enter student data using the Field Tool application, save to a file that is local to the desktop then upload the data when they are back in their office or when they connect to the Internet.
Once the student information is uploaded and synchronized with the main database, the students are automatically registered within the Azorus Recruitment Management system. As part of the validation process, the student will automatically receive an email from your institution inviting them back to their personalized web portal. The web portal is created when a student is registered and it provides them with information about your campus based on their Interests that were collected. While we indicate that this is for recruiters only, students may also use this if you had some PC’s at a school fair where they could enter their information themselves.
The intent of the Field Tool is to increase the speed, relevancy and accuracy of the collection of student data while your admissions staff are away from their campus.
