Deploying the Software Licensing Agreement (SLA)
As an alternative to the completely hosted solution, you are able to purchase the software and install this inside your current IT infrastructure. The software licensing costs reflect the one time licensing fee, the implementation fee and the annual support fee. The only recurring direct cost would be the support fee.
Under the software licensing model the following is included:
Azorus will pre-populate your content and all related admissions information. Upon completion, our staff will conduct on-site training to train individual users as well as a "Train the Trainer" component. Upon completion of training, the site and the tools would then be "live" to the public.
Azorus will remotely support and maintain the application and will co-ordinate product updates and enhancements as they become available. No internal IT Support is required to complete product "roll-downs".
