Tacoma Community College selects Azorus CRM solution -

With the recent completion of a communications mapping process, Tacoma Community College requires the capability to execute various messages to their prospective student audiences in a personalized manner. Tacoma is experiencing a decline in the number of available prospective students, in part due to families moving to more rural locations. Dolores Haugen, who is the director of enrollment management at the college, says that “Being able to maximize the recruitment efforts within the confines of the city, as well as in outskirt destinations, are vital to Tacoma Community College’s enrollment strategy.”
The adoption of the Azorus solution offers college executives not only recruitment tools, but also the ability to generate critical data to empower data-driven decision making for future strategy.
Like many institutions, Tacoma Community College was concerned about the potential impact a CRM project could have on staff resources.
