Azorus Inc. Integrates with Leading ERP Systems to Increase Student Satisfaction
eptember 6, 2005 Azorus Inc., a web based software company providing solutions to post-secondary institutions for recruitment, has announced its integration with three enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Azorus has completed or is in the stages of building the Application Program Interface (API) between its advanced CRM solution for prospective students and the leading ERP players servicing the higher education market, namely SCT Banner, Oracle PeopleSoft, and Jenzabar.
"Our clients have deemed it very important that we be able to provide seamless intelligence across our recruiting platform to their legacy SIS systems," says Azorus CEO Stephen MacDonald, "it is essential to provide students with accurate and timely communications management from the first point of contact through the entire applications phase to enrollment. The capabilities of the Azorus Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools together with the institutions legacy system maximizes the benefits of both solutions and ultimately increases student satisfaction."
In addition to maximizing CRM benefits through integrating with different ERP systems, Azorus clients receive key modules in one package. These modules include: Communications and Events Management, Filters and Filter Management, Queues and Student Workflow Management, Forms Management, Content Management, Links and Interests Management, E-mail Campaign Management, Reports, User Management, Data Harvesting, as well as Multi-Language Capabilities.
