What is CRM exactly?
CRM is short for Customer or Constituent Relationship Management. CRM enables you to learn more about customers' needs and behaviors in order to develop strong lasting relationships.
The Azorus CRM solution gives you the ability to engage your students with dynamic, interactive and personalized content that is specific to their needs and interests. The data collected through your students' web portal helps you fully qualify your next prospect, and ensure that they are the best fit for your institution.

Portal Technology is simple yet very powerful. In the academic area, this means that prospective students define their preferences or interests and the system recognizes these and provides meaningful and relevant information back to the student.
return to topIs my website really that important?
To communicate successfully with today's savvy prospects you must have a strong web presence. A college or university website is rated as the single most important resource for students considering their post secondary education options. Increasingly, prospects visiting your website have higher expectations of both the quality and timeliness of a response from your institution.

- Cost effective. By creating e-relationships with your prospects you are streamlining the communications flow. Print and mailing costs can be reduced and only sent to those students who have demonstrated a deeper interest in your institution.
- Automation. Each student receives personalized, up-to-date information related to their interests, with little work required on your end.
- Speed. Self-service allows students to request information on their specific interests and to update or change them at any time, thus saving valuable time as they do not have to search for the information they want.
- Scalability. Manage an unlimited number of users, services, channels, campus recruiting initiatives in the same system, whether they be undergraduate, graduate or even continuing education.

We have developed a standard module as part of our system that handles most of the integration requirements we have come across. This module currently handles SCT Banner, Jenzabar, and Oracle/Peoplesoft. In the future, we plan on adding DataTel support to this module as well.

Implementation includes configuring the software for your campus and getting your staff properly trained to use it to its full potential. The good news is that we have spent considerable effort to make the system easy to use, even for the most non-technical users.
