Azorus’ High School Visit program allows an institution to target students at each high school by delivering a personalized greeting and invitation to meet recruiters from your school on the date that your college or university will be visiting. Students are given the opportunity to reply to the invitation, giving your institution a better profile of the prospects they will meet at the event.
Moreover, it allows your recruiter an opportunity to establish rapport with the student prior to meeting them, thereby making the personal introduction far more powerful and important.
How the High School Visit Program Works:
- Institutions provide Azorus with their prospect list (must include Name, Email and High School CEEB code).
- Azorus matches students to the appropriate time and date recruiters will be visiting at their high school.
- Azorus creates a personalized email invitation to each student providing them with the date and time an institution will be at their school.
- A reminder email is automatically sent to the prospect 1 day before the visit.
